We had the garden suite room which was very spacious and had everything we needed... Access to the pool was great and overall lovely stay. When back in Rome we will stay here for certain.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel itself was in excellent condition.
The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. We also appreciated how helpful the staff was whenever we had a question or needed assistance.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
Amazing stay and a lovely room and resort. The pool is amazing and the lounge area is lovely. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and good timings. The staff were very helpful and polite. Thank you so much!
Nice location with nice flowery garden, bords and parameters.
Staff was very friendly and helpfull.
Rom was nicely tempered and equipped. Breakfast was really good, also cleaning was really good. Nice and quiet place to be in the middle of Rome.
Staff was pleasant. Room was good. Location is good near metro stop. Contrary to hotel description on hotels.com, the pool was NOT open in May. I booked the hotel because of the pool, so we relocated to another hotel.

Nice small hotel with good location. Needs renovation and deeper cleaning.
We booked it because of the pool. But the pool was not ready.
The staff was nice when we talked to them. But not proactive.

Breakfast was lovely, bed comfortable. Under 10 minutes walk to the Forum and Collesseum. Convenient to bus routes.
The hotel was perfect. The Hammam suite on the 3rd floor was just right for 3 people. The bed was comfy. There is not an elevator to the 3 rd floor. The staff very kindly assisted with getting in our luggage up to our room. The breakfast had a decent assortment. Delicious juice and good coffee
The hotel also assisted us with transportation which was helpful.
The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. Would stay here again.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Clean rooms. Close to restaurants, sites, and transportation. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever lucky enough to come back to Rome.
Room was clean but needed lots of work. Pool area and the beautiful oasis outside was a wasted area needing lots of attention.
Breakfast was good but the water smelt funny.
Great find that is best of all worlds. First, it’s situated right next to the Circo Massimo and is easily accessible to the Metroplitana subway and bus transit. With a metro pass only need walk a short distance and can be anywhere in the city.
Second, this small resort has a boutique hotel feel. There is a small pool for cooling off mid afternoon while the city swelters. The rooms are comfortable, modern and climate controlled. There is a common area that feels like a lounge, where you can get a cocktail, snack or light meal. Due to the size of the resort it was never crowded or loud. A true oasis.
Third, we booked their deluxe suite which was surprisingly large with 861 square feet or 80 square meters. The private bedroom had a king bed, sitting area and a large dressing area. There is a second room with kitchenette, dining table and living area with a sofa bed and large tv.
This will be are return stay anytime we are on Rome.
The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great, room was very spacious and the location was fantastic
Clean towels and all soaps, shower gels etc replenished every day
I spent 4 days in Rome and was really impressed with the location of this Hotel. I was in walkable distance to many of the attractions in Rome. The staff were so friendly and in the evening I was feeling a little hungry and within 10 mins I was eating a tasty carbonara cooked by the friendly staff. In total I met 4 members of staff and each one couldn't do enough. I stayed in the garden rooms, plenty of aircon, fridge, comfortable large bed, microwave (to heat up my left over pizza) and coffee machine. Rooms were cleaned daily and blackout blinds were good. I dipped my feet in the swimming pool whilst enjoying a glass of wine.
Breakfast was included and this was also delicious.
I will definitely book this hotel again.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. Everything was very clean and staff were always helpful. They even loaned me an umbrella on a rainy day. I personally loved the breakfast they had set out every morning.
