Stayed for 3 nights. Great location for walking to local attractions, restaurants and the staff is friendly. The room was very clean, including the bedsheets. Just keep in mind that check-in is on the 3rd floor up a very narrow spiral staircase with not enough space for big luggage.

Amazing location with lots of shopping, restaurants and sites all within walking distance. Room was clean and a good size for our group of two. Bed was incredibly comfortable which is nice after long days of walking. The host was very good with communication and helped us get our luggage up the stairs upon arrival and then again upon departure. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was the best location in Rome!! Walk out right in the main square!! Staff was super helpful with check in and bringing bags up the steep stairs. Room was clean and had a cool view on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and decent sized. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very quick to respond to messages. I love that it is in a very old building, but the room has all of the up to date amenities. Plus, good air conditioning. Easy walk to all of the sites you are usually in Rome to see. Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi, etc. Although some may not like the stairs, I loved that I had a spiral staircase to my room. It is also really close to a taxi stand as well.

If you’re looking for an authentic place to stay this property has it. It’s centrally located near all of the Rome tourist sites. Roughly 20 minutes walking to everything in every direction. The place is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. For a building being as old as it is you wouldn’t know other than it missing an elevator like every other building like it. I would highly recommend staying here. The car service they refer you to is great as well.

The host was very kind, room was clean. The view is non existent. The stairs to get up to the 3rd floor with luggage are a nightmare. The jacuzzi looked nasty. The towels were brown and the apartment smelled like cigarettes. The WiFi hardly worked and would cut in and out every 5 minutes. The shower water never got warm.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The host was wonderful. Before arriving the hotel arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport which went smoothly. We were given recommendations for dinner at Virginiae for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! There were a few snacks in the room and a knife for the spreads would have been helpful. Our 2 “complaints” are more like things to know: the lighting is not the best for getting ready. It is really a result of the building being old. And…the stairs. We knew there were stairs. They are rough at the end of the day! If you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you. However staff helped us up and down with luggage which was greatly appreciated. The location was fantastic.

Great stay on our amazing trip to Rome.

Room was clean and freshly remodeled. Marlon was an amazing host meeting us to store our bags due to early arrival. He was very friendly and helpful on arranging transportation to the airport for us the following morning. The location was great, with plenty of nearby shops and attractions.

Location is right on Piazza Pasquino am is the absolute best in Rome being central to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Forum, Colosseum and a short walk to the Pantheon. Restaurants steps from the door with a vibrant night life… Marlon was an our attendant and was informed, friendly and absolutely supportive of every request, need, and assistance. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend for friends looking for all the above on a budget experience…
