They staff was amazing. Rooms and bathroom are a little small. The elevator was fit for two. Breakfast was great for the small hotel. The biggest highlight was the staff being out of this world. We had some specific shopping needs and they called around for us to fit our need. The recommended food and shopping was on point. Thank you.

We decided to stay in Naples for the convenience of being close to the train station as we planned to visit Sorrento, Pompei and Baiano. This hotel is literally in front of the Garibaldi Train Station which facilited our travels. Naples itself is gritty and a bit run down but we had the best pizza! The hotel is sparkling clean and it has been remodeled recently. The rooms are bigger than we we used to in comparison to Rome and although there is no 24 hours desk service, they made us feel super welcome and gave us a lot of ideas on what to do. Sadly we missed breakfast as we were gone early in the morning. 10 out 10 for cleanliness and hospitality! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Massimo!

Hotel Grifo is a gem, tucked in a small side street but within a few minutes walk of many major sites, phenomenal restaurants and an exceptional staff. I asked Alan for recommendations for afternoon outings and for a few particular eating places, none of which disappointed. A pleasant balcony to enjoy the morning was also appreciated. Just remember that this hotel as with many others in Rome, is located in a major urban centre with plenty of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. I’ll be returning to Hotel Grifo in the future.

We really loved our stay at Hotel Grifo and would highly recommend. Easily walkable to all main attractions whilst still being in a quiet enough area where we weren’t disturbed by noise or big crowds. The hotel is also surrounded by lots of great restaurants making evenings easy. I also cannot fault the staff who were always so friendly whenever we passed through and so keen to help and offer advice/recommendations. Breakfast was great with good coffee, pastries and a couple of hot options too.

Fantastic hotel 5⭐️
Hotel Grifo was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, the hotel is in a fantastic location very close to a lot of the main tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, when we arrived we were given a map and the girl showed us the easiest ways to get to the main tourist spots and recommended restaurants and places to see. I would definitely recommend hotel grifo and would stay there again next visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel!
Stayed here with our young children for 3 nights. Great location close to all the main tourist sights. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean and also for a city location it was also very quiet. Air con was not quite cool enough for the heat but that's the only tiny negative and would not prevent us returning! Breakfast was ample, cheese, ham,cereal, yoghurt, toast etc. Staff were extremely friendly and the local restaurants were some of the best!

It's a cute hotel. Great safe area. Staff is very kind and happy to help. Room was average. Nice fridge. Noisy at night. Tons of restaurants and stores everywhere. Maybe 5 min walk to colosseum. Breakfast was pretty terrible. Better off going left and then a right to a great bakery-lunch spot.
