Pretty bad experience. No blankets on the bed, we slept cold all night under a single thin sheet. Bathroom and shower are very small.

Great location but the air conditioning was making terrible noises every 5 minutes during our entire stay. We told the staff about it and they said they would try to fix it but nothing happened. Definitely not worth it if you value your sleep

The photos are a lie! This place has mold, it’s broken and old and dirty! I got a terrible room in the basement not what I had signed up for on Expedia when I confronted the staff they said they just use these photos as an example but don’t guarantee a room like this! Stay away unless you want bed bugs or some kind of infection

Getting in and out of the from was not safe. It has two very steep steps at the door frame. The walls are covered with cloth that is dirty and moldy. There was a piece of gum stuck to the wall. The showerhead came off as soon as I turned on the water and it did not drain properly. It was not fixed until the following day. If mold is what you are looking for this is the place for you. Nothing like the photos at all. The location is great. Not health safe because of the mold in the walls. The bed does not have a cover, only sheets.

Great location!! The hotel was walking distance to most of the main sights and was super close to the metro for the sights that were a bit farther. The hotel its self was poor. There was next to no water pressure. Mold all over the bathroom. It’s rated 2 stars online and we would agree with that. It would be closer to poor if it wasn’t for the location.

The location is perfect! The shop across the street has amazing cappuccino and breakfast/lunch options at a reasonable price. The property had poor water pressure , the water was going down the drain slowly. We mostly slept at the hotel, enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.

Bathroom with mold/mildew
We had to book here last minute because of a power outage at our prior lodging and we were relieved to find something in our budget day of. The checkin process was pretty easy and we appreciated the very friendly staff. That said, I’m rating the overall stay poorly because the significant mildew/mold in the bathroom made it nearly unusable for us. I have an autoimmune illness that’s worsened by mold exposure, but our hotels.com booking was nonrefundable so we kept the bathroom door closed with the fan on and tried to be in the bathroom as little as possible. The fan didn’t seem effective as our hand towel was completely damp the entire time. The smell of the cleaning products was also very overpowering, but we kept the window open and asked the staff not to clean the room during our stay and that faded. I didn’t see much about the mold on hotels.com but did see it mentioned in Google reviews so adding a hotels.com review as well for others sensitive to mold.
