We had a 2bed 2 bath room with air conditioning, which was great! The window was sound proof which kept out the noise since we were inna busy area close to everything.

The staff were exceptional, very polite, eager to please and helpful. Located within 10 mins walking distance to the train station. many shops and cafes. Rooms were clean and equipped with a safe, bottles of complimentary water and toiletries. We only stayed for one night but would certainly return again.

This hotel is in a shared building with other hotels and residences. The shared areas are not clean. For example, the elevator and stair railing. The area right behind the elevator is filled with empty cardboard boxes and the railing is very dusty. The building can only be accessed with a code after hours and the are la with the rooms as well, which is great for safety. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom area. The windows and walls are pretty thin so you get noise from right outside the hotel.

Staff (Roberta and Stephania) were very helpful and accommodating all through out during our 3night stay. our flights was delayed and came in after hours and Stephania waited for us for late check-in. Clean hotel and very close with few minutes walk to Roma Termini and local bus transport, restaurants and other venues. Definitely we'll be back when in Rome.

This place is in a quiet street but close enough to the main thoroughfare. Most attractions like Trevi fountain and Colosseum are walking distance. McDonald’s is just around the corner and opens early for breakfast. This hotel does not offer breakfasts and does not have front desk personnel at night. It didn’t have hot water 1 night and no personnel to attend to the problem. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. No common area for dining or eating.

We loved the location of this property. It was in walking distance from the train station and the Collesseum. We were on the second floor (three flights up) and were notified upon check-in that the air-conditioning in our room was broken, but that they had put fans in the room for us. The desk agent apologized and said they were fully booked so they could not change our room. I mentioned compensation and she said that since we were booked and fully paid through Expedia, there was nothing she could do in terms of financial compensation, but did say she could compensate us by covering the Roma visitor tax (per person) and that we could discuss further compensation (which was never mentioned again.) When we arrived to our room, there were two portable air conditioners running (I think the term fan was lost in translation), so the air in the room was tolerable. Not as cool as we would have liked but also not 35C like it was outside. The air conditioners had large hoses running out a window and the balcony door, so we needed to keep the door and window partially open in the night in order to have the conditioners running. We are all pretty heavy sleepers, but this may have posed a problem for light sleepers with noise from the streets. I did not find the bed or pillows very comfortable, but the room felt very spacious and well appointed. All seemed very clean until we filled the jacuzzi tub and found bits of what looked like toilet paper floating around. Overall would stay again.

The place is convenient within walking distance to metro. The room which I stayed has a bad smell, could be mould or sewage from toilet. The room has clumps of dust. I guess you get what you paid.
