Location and the people are amazing. You’re close to everything from this spot, including transportation to get around the city. The people are so kind and helpful. Unfortunately the front desk wasn’t open through the night, so if you had late nights planned, you’d have to put in the codes they give you to get in. Cleanliness was okay. The lobby was under construction but the hotel itself was nice and modern.

The hotel is located on the fourth floor of a building housing other hotels! My room was quiet and efficient. The staff is outstanding and the breakfast can't be beat.

Great location and the staff were awesome. The building is undergoing renovations so the entrance and stairs to the appropriate floor of the hotel was messy and unattractive.

Its location to station and bus service was excellent. Staff lacked enthusiasm. We checked in showed our rooms and that was it. No small talk, no general conversation Room was tired!!

Loved the modern style of the hotel. I didn't like the shower set up, water leaked on the floor and we asked for new linen because it was dirty and never received it

I should give it 1 star because if i say how good it really is, it will be harder to book in the future. Hahaha The rooms are small but perfectly adequate, well renovated, clean, and nicely appointed. The breakfast is great, had me too full for dinner. Their expresso is excellent. The streetfront does not look prestigious in any way but im fine with that because the inside is very nice and the AC is cold. Overall great value for the price.

the hotel is on the 4th floor, on the other floors there are other hotels. The interior is renovated but very poorly maintained with dirty walls. Because it is close to the coliseum, it is at the Fontana interchange and because it is in the center, you can stay for up to two days

Nice hotel with great staff… very helpful. Clean and modern inside. The only thing that lets it down is the main entrance which is empty and dirty. The hotel reception is on the fourth floor (small lift). The other 3 floors look as if they are being renovated. Nice pub on corner Miami pub with live music. Very near Termini station and the metro station Repubblica is a few minutes away. Transport system is great but buses get packed.

Very friendly staff who were very accommodating and messaged before to ensure we had the room we wanted and transport sorted. Fresh and modern hotel with lovely clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was sufficient and had a good variety but felt like the food was bought in at the beginning of the week and ran out by the end of the week- so did make us question freshness. Location is very convenient, right next to Termini and Republica metro station and within 25mins walk of major attractions! Would recommend

Well located hotel, close to restaurants and public transportation. Property conditions are terrible, the entrance is dirty, looks like under remodeling; there’s no lobby, just a counter and no seating, overall it looks tired. The room was clean, beds and pillows were ok, size of the room was good, air conditioning worked very well too. Walls need painting, the bathroom was the worst part, the plumbing is ancient and doesn’t work properly, the toilet flush was the best part; there was a sliding door for the shower that was literally falling apart, I informed the front desk and asked them to have someone look at it, it was not possible. WiFi was decent. Breakfast was ok, only 10 Euro per person, but I only had it one day, there are better options outside the hotel.

Loin d’être comme sur les photos. Le bâtiment en général est à l’abandon. Seul l’étage de l’hôtel Floris est utilisable, mais on doit y accéder par un bâtiment en décrépitude, avec un ascenseur (monte-charge) douteux. On se demande s’il va tenir. Les escaliers c’est pires, comme dans une maison abandonnée. On m’a alloué une très petites chambre avec un lit simple. Heureusement la literie était propre et confortable sinon je ne serais pas restée.

Initially, I was worried regarding the hotel since the building it is in did not look like the photos - it is on the 4th floor of a shared hotel complex, that of which was pretty run down. However, when I eventually reached the 4th floor, the Floris Hotel had a clean and fresh look to it with a security door at the front. The receptionists were always lovely and helped me with any questions I had, including looking after my bags on my final day so I could still explore Rome and advising me to my best transport options. The room was small and comfortable, but as a solo female traveller that was all I needed. It was clean, the bathroom was large with a big shower and came with a few toiletries. The bed was comfy although the pillows were paper thin, the only major issue I had with my room was the constant noise - the fridge is extremely loud, the walls are very thin and I could hear the morning routine of the person staying next to me very clearly. Apart from this, my room looked after me well! I would recommend Floris Hotel despite any cons mentioned due to its cleanliness, comfort and overall pleasant feel when you reach the 4th floor. The location was ideal, I bought a 3-day metro card yet ended up walking most places. Don’t feel initially threatened by the look of the outside of the hotel since the security and comfort of Floris was more than I could’ve asked for.

The room and the breakfast provided were wonderful although the whole rest o the building is under construction and the hotel is only on the fourth floor. There were two homeless people in the hallway on the third floor that we needed to pass to get to the hotel and there is no other staircase out. We were worried about a potential fire hazard as well as the fact that the front door to the building is wide open for anyone to walk in. I brought it up with the staff since my kids felt it was usafe and the staff said there was nothing they could do.
