"Room we had was 707. The good points were the bed was comfortable though the pillows were comfy they were small size decorating pillows but had 4. Staff were all excellent and the breakfasts were well stocked and several choices. The dinning staff attendant was organized and super friendly and inviting. The rooms have been updated at some point but was poorly done. Here are areas that made me give only 3 stars, Trim and walls needing attention. Corners need a good cleaning. (Drives me nuts when cleaning staff do not clean behind bathroom doors) our TV was pixelated and would glitch out. Was super annoying so we watched movie on ipad only to find out the internet password expired and had to call down to get new password. No big deal but just another inconvenience mounting. The microwave cart it dated and pretty beat up looking adding to the overall room look needing attention. Close to alot of things and metro super convenient to get to along with other transportation. The price was good and i wasn’t expecting 5star but i have paid the same for other hotels and had a better room condition. The friendly staff at least made up for some short falls "

"The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times and asked for pillows around 9pm, still had not received any by 2am. Called again and could not receive any during the night due to only one person on staff. Fortunately received complimentary breakfast. However, we still did not receive pillows the next day until we went downstairs to inquire. We then received new pillows, but there were no pillow cases on them. The staff assured us there were, but the original pillows we had were covered in an inner and outer pillowcase. The new pillows only had the inner pillowcase, and were crumpled up. "

"The staff was extremely helpful with anything and everything we needed they were nothing short of amazing. The rooms were very clean as was the property, breakfast was very filling with lots of options, pool was very clean/warm and sizeable. My ONLY complaint was that I was really looking forward to the hot tub and while there was a hot tub and it was hot, the jets barely worked at all which was very disappointing. Besides that, I would stay there again in a hearbeat!"

"Terrible staff, rude and slow as well as dismissive like I was dumb. Room keys for both rooms kept losing their reading so had to go up to the office multiple times to get them fixed. Rooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. Water damage everywhere, moldy areas, terrible bed that causes back and neck pains, there was feces stains in the toilet, water leaking from the toilet, yellow stains all over the tub and walls of the bathroom, most of the outlets didn’t work, wasps inside the room, doors don’t close all the way, holes in the walls, rust all over the metal parts of the room, and raised floor planks that you stub your toes on when walking around. I wouldn’t stay here if you paid me."

"Door keys have to be re set almost daily, no housekeeping come to your room. When you go to the desk for toilet paper or trowels, bad attitudes. At least the men. One woman was kind. And now they make you do a $50 deposit. Of course it’s refundable. But it takes weeks to come back to you. Dirty, smelly, and you have to watch your car. People will scratch, dent and spill things on your car. I travel this way a lot for work. The only good thing about the place, is the location. And it used to be the price before the deposit was added. Sinks and tubs in certain rooms just keep running. Dripping constantly. Dirty floors, holes in all the bed sheets, dirty microwave and fridges. But they will hold your money in case you make a mess. The whole place is a mess. "

"A very nice hotel that I’ve never stayed in. I chose it because I could get a room with a kitchenette, which was nice for pre-race pasta. (We were there for a 14 mile trail run that finished at the Sheetz behind the hotel.)However, I am glad that I called ahead to ask about pots and pans and plates because they told me they do not have those in the rooms. So I had to bring my own. It was a little bit of an inconvenience. Location is pretty convenient and right next-door to a really great Goodwill store and a TJ Maxx, a Walmart and a chipotle. Totally walkable to all those things. And only eight minutes to Caledon State Park. I would definitely stay here again. I just wish they had their own pots of pants."
