"It is what it is, a Motel in a not so great area, I wouldn't consider it a beautiful resort by any means, but for a place to stop on Rt95 on the way down south it wasn't terrible. The staff was nice, the room was clean, the AC and TV worked. If you are looking for more than that might not be the right place for you."
