The amenities were excellent. Staff was wonderful, except for a certain personality and the only problem with the room that we found was a hole about 2 inches or so, you have to block that. Otherwise , the stay was excellent. Very comfortable rooms. Handicapped bathroom was sufficient and user friendly. Pool out of service and showed signs not open in quite some time. All in a all, a nice stay.

This property needs a good makeover- dated, dirty, very substandard, the electrical outlets are loose, a/c very noisy and dusty. Bathroom is dirty- needs a good scrubbing and disinfection. The location is excellent though just off the main road a few steps to Cracker Barrel restaurant. Staff are ok- wished they are friendlier and more pleasant.

Staff are all quite nice, however you book your reservation check in is easy and uncomplicated Definitely the best option out of the collection of hotels around here, besides the red roof inn which is under the same management umbrella I think

The room was extremely dirty to the point I went to the store and got a antibacterial wipes and wiped the floors and tub down several time with them still turning up black. The first night there 2 random men came knocking on my door looking for someone so didn't feel safe after that. Only positive was the lady at the front desk during check in was so kind and funny

It's not bad. My only complaint is that the room is not well insulated and with lots of smokers in other rooms, I could smell it both through the vents and from outside. Good location in Dumfries, lots of shopping and restaurants and close to 95 and rt1. Quiet.

Ricarda is the best staff member there!!

We enjoy staying here and it is near the places we like to go. And Ricarda is the best!! She cares about not just her job but the guest and works hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and satisfied with there stay!
