The hotel is in a great location downtown. We were in a recently renovated room that was nicely appointed. Unfortunately the bathroom had a rather overwhelming sewer smell. We asked the front desk to look at it two different times. On the second day a very nice maintenance man came to assess the problem. He did do some work on the toilet, but the smell remained. The front desk did not seem to be concerned about it. We thought most of the staff that we interface with were rather pleasant, except for some of the staff members at the front desk. The hotel is currently under some renovation. You may want to delay your stay at this hotel.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our room was clean, large, beds comfortable, bathroom and two sink areas were convenient. The deck was overlooking a pond and a nice place to relax after walking the restoration area. Being close to the hotel and restaurants was perfect. And, the staff were exceptional.
