« The property is conveniently located around shopping complexes and the airport. However, when we arrived, we were put on the first floor in a king suite that had a bathroom with no exhaust fan. There was no hand soap and the toilet paper was missing. When we tried to take a shower, the shower did not work.
So I called the front desk and the person at the desk at the time said that they were booked up and could not move us to another room. So I called back later and requested that someone come...

« $100 for a really bad place. We don’t expect a lot at this price point, but this was awful. Mold in the bathroom, small dog yapping on and off that we could hear late in the night through paper thin walls (among other *noises*), dirty small rooms and uncomfortable beds. My eyes were gushing and itchy all night either from previous pets or mold or other irritants in the room. The shuttle is quite frustrating at times. I called to request the shuttle to be picked up from the airport, and it took...

« The hotel was beautiful, and the room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. The staff is welcoming, helpful and yet the atmosphere is not formal or stuffy. We used self parking and the lot was extremely convenient. The bellman was extremely kind and efficient. I so wish I could recall his name, but he mentioned that he has been at the Jefferson for 10 years. We ate in the restaurant Lemaire 2 nights. Obviously. It is very good. Thank you Jefferson Hotel for providing us with an exceptional...

« Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time.
Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns).
Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area.
Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one. »
