No front desk, virtual agent only and the earliest check-in is 4pm. I was super annoyed that this info wasn't clearly displayed before booking. If I had known, I would not have booked. Also the building is industrial style and the plumbing is exposed and very loud (especially in the bedroom) whenever someone in another unit used the water or flushes the toilet. It does however have a great location. I felt very mislead that they did not display thos info on the hotel add so people can see before booking.

This hotel was under renovation in some public places, so it's hard to get a feel for what it might be like in the future, but everything, except the front desk and entrance, was dated and dingy. The flooring in the room looked and felt as though it had recently been replaced, which was nice, but it wasn't carpeted, which was probably less nice for those staying beneath us. The furniture in the room looked like it was at least as old as the building, and much of the varnish was wearing off. There were hardly any outlets, so one of us had to charge our phone on an adjacent wall. The bathroom had no under sink shelving and looked as though it was composed of plywood. The shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. All of this, and they charged us $380something. no thank you. Never again.
