"Needed a room for a night, due to work schedule. I was upgraded to a suite, which was great. Was clean and bed was comfortable. The worst part was when the people in the next room decided to have an argument at 4:30 - 5am. Walls aren't very sound proof, as I could tell that the woman was talking from the bathroom. I didn't have breakfast as I had to go to work, but I'm sure it was good as it was hot and cold. If I was to make an acknowledgement, it would be that the manager (Eric) needs to learn some people skills and he barely said 2 words to me. Didn't mention about the breakfast, didn't tell me what room, didn't tell me wifi. Thankfully it was on the key card pocket. Eric, I'm sure you are a nice guy, but learn to communicate with people, especially because you are in a business of customer service."
