"Adorable heritage cottage that has family pride all over it! The cabin is quaint, cute and very well appointed with all that is needed for a home away from home. The care that goes into this older cabin is obvious. We were very comfortable and had complete privacy during our stay. Loved it and would certain recommend AND book again. "We were hopeful this would be an interesting place to stay but ran into several issues with the property and manager. On the plus side, the location is great and the view is nice. On the negative side: the property is exposed to the ferry dock and the marina office with minimal sound proofing, both are very loud in the day and night time. The whole place was dirty. The place is sparsely furnished with some broken furniture, the sheets were uncomfortable and pilled sheets, there were no duvets...

"Our family of 7 and dogs had a fabulous Island getaway. You cannot beat the views. Situated right on the ocean, we spent our mornings walking the beach, our nights in the hottub looking up at the stars and our days hiking Elk Fall trails. Situated 10min away from town, we had access to grocery stores. What we liked was the layout. There is one bedroom suite downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs including another Master. This was great for us as we had a teething baby. Everyone got their rest....

"This is our second stay at this cosy little cabin it is in a great location for hiking and paddling. Kelli is a great host and promptly attends to any issues. The cabin is showing signs of age and could use a bit of maintenance. We hope to come back next year."

"This is an absolute beautiful spot on the river. Our 3 night stay was wonderful especially the bear watching as well as all the other birds and fish visible from your living room windows. The first day we had a mother bear and 3 cubs come down to the other side of the river to eat some salmon that were swimming in the water. The beds were very comfortable and it was really nice having a sink and toilet off of the master bedroom. This unit is on the top floor which was fine for us however...

"Overall the area is obviously stunning and beautiful, so that’s the main reason to stay there. It’s calm, quiet and a great place to unwind. The lodges themselves are a little rustic and basic, but they are fine. The service was super friendly and helpful. Was truly disappointed in the restaurant. The prices were expensive and for $45 I would have expected the seafood pasta to have fresh local seafood (after all…it’s located on the ocean) but the frozen seafood which barely had any meat to it...
