"The property was absolutely amazing! The amount of effort they put into this place for customers to be relaxed and happy is just amazing. The views from anywhere in this property are absolutely breathtaking and everything everywhere is clean. Even by them currently remodeling some areas, they know how to keep it looking amazing. The only thing that I do recommend, is that they do something about the room mattresses because to me and my wife, the bed felt hard and uncomfortable. We woke up with back pain as a result of this. Other than that everything in the room was perfect and cleanliness was perfect. I will definitely be recommending this property to others and I will be returning in the near future."

"The Hampton inn was in a great location and had all of the amenities that I like in a hotel (i.e. gym, pool, washer/dryer qtr operated, and breakfast). The hotel is conveniently located next to places to eat and within 2 blocks of the beach. Further there is a nice casino wtihin a block of the hotel, so that added to the nightlife fun. The hotel is relatively new and still very clean. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to San Juan."

"Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. "

"We had a great stay here. The hotel is nice, clean and updated. The rooms were a good size and have a balcony. The beach is just steps away. Pool open 24 hours. Outside bar open tipp 11 and inside one till 12. The casino is small but has a mix of games. Old San Juan was a 20 minute Uber ride away. "
