Beautiful hotel in the heart of Porto. Breakfast was excellent and room was beautiful and quiet. The only mild complaint was that the gym is quite small and was missing towels one day, but overall we were delighted by this property. True five-star property with great facilities and staff.

3HB hotel in Faro is excellent. The entire staff (front desk, concierge, cleaning, restaurants, spa, etc.) are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are large, nice and super clean. The spa is great. The restaurants are also very good. The weather was not so good during my stay in January but the hotel made it very pleasant. I will definitively choose 3HB Faro next time I visit Algarve.

Staff offered a 1hr tour of the city as part of our package. Both the shuttle staff and Marta were excellent. Great client services team. The room was bright, modern and super clean. Will definitely be back.

Everything about this resort is beautiful and relaxing. The atmosphere, the service, the food. The team meets your needs before you even know you need something. It was wonderful!

We had an excellent stay at the Lagos Atlantic Hotel. Nice room with spacious balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Breakfast was very good with many options and cooked to order eggs. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, especially Samuel on the front desk and Amin in the breakfast room who went above and beyond for us.

This was a more expensive hotel then what we would normally stay in, but we wanted to be close to the thermal pool. This was a very beautiful hotel. Rooms were very nice, clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. They provided special towels and robes for the pools whice were a nice bonus. Walking distance to groceries, restauants, thermal pools.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to many sites and close to a tram stop. Our room was quiet and clean . The front desk staff was quite helpful with a map and directions . We would stay at this property again

Surrounded by restaurants bakeries but easy to get out of city as well centrally located

We stayed here for 10 nights - family of 4. We loved our experience - staff was excellent and it was truly a 5 Star hotel. Rooms were spacious - family sea view. Loved the water and drinks replaced daily, breakfast buffet and cookies at night. Overall wonderful location and modern well appointed hotel. They have thought of everything here and go out of their way to assist. Louis was amazing!

Nice, new hotel in a great location. Close to everything and rooms are well appointed. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a balcony. Staff could be more helpful and friendly. Housekeeping missed my room one day. Noise from the halls travels into rooms which was most noticeable when housekeeping was on the floor or kids were running around. Breakfast was nice, lots of pastries and treats. Would have loved some variety and some more fruit and veg as it was the same every day.
