"Carolina, the concierge was incredible and made this an easy check-in and great trip. She met us at the apartment and explained everything and provided tips about the area. When small issues arose (such as the hair dryer broke) she was quick to solve them. The apartment is in a FANTASTIC location with access to attractions such as funicular and hop on close by. "Santa Maria Maior was just as described and in a perfect location. We were minutes from the cable car and many wonderful restaurants and bars. Patricia greeted us and explained everything about the apartment and some tips regarding the area. She was delightful. Olivier checked to ensure everything went smoothly and wished us a farewell. As Americans living in Portugal I would recommend this apartment."

"Excellent stay at Turim Santa Maria Hotel. Staff couldn't do enough and were super helpful and friendly. Room was modern, clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast buffet was fresh and plenty of it. Good location just back from the seafront and promenade, and easy walking distance to shops and Old Town. The staff pointed me towards their secure storage room to jeep my mountain bike safe during the stay and avoid using my room. A great visit and I must say that I was really comfortable and had a great time. The rooftop terrace and pool was a fantastic bonus. An amazing feature and a great place to spend time. Pool was chilly - but this is a February visit. Good hotel, good value and recommended. "
