With contemporary and minimalist décor, designed with the comfort and well-being of guests in mind, this apartment has all the facilities you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday on the island of Madeira, whether for work or leisure. The flat includes a living area, a television with cable channels, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom with shower. Balcony connecting the living room and one of the bedrooms. The building has a shared entrance and is located on Rua da Alegria, one of the streets near the Plaza Madeira Shopping Centre. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Apartment in a building with stairs and no private parking available. AREA Building located in the Funchal city center. From this building you will be able to know all the downtown and main points of interest. It is situated right next to restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina and Municipal Theatre. In the city center there is plenty of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holidays: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There are bus stops near the flat. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. I needed info once we found the building g as wasn’t sure which apartment it was but instant reply to let me know it was on the second floor. Loved the balcony, soap and shower gel, towels were a good size, lovely decor. Would recommend and stay again. The apartment was very trendy and clean. Bedding was good quality and beds were very comfortable. The doors into the building were quite narrow and the apartment is on the second floor (I didn’t know which one it was but for a very quickly reply when I contacted to find out). The apartment was quite hot at night (no A/c) but rather that than cold! The road outside was quite noisy at night with occasional fast speeding down the road but we didn’t see it in the day. The towels provided were of a great size and the toiletries for the shower and sink were excellent. We had a great stay here and would definitely return if we come back to Madeira. Theo still. Was brilliant for us- a few minutes to the supermarket in the shopping centre, a few to the centre and a lovely stroll along the front in the evenings.
