### Casa Branca III by Trip2Portugal

The spacious balconies have views over the city and the sea. The swimming pool welcomes you for a dip on hotter days. Please note that this is a common area of the building.  
This apartment has all the amenities for your holiday to be a calming and relaxing one! If you plan to rent a car, parking space will be available for you at the condominium’s parking lot. Internet access will be provided.  
  
Located in one of the most prestigious touristic areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, supermarkets, pharmacies, retail shops and Forum Madeira shopping center.  
At a walking distance you´ll find plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in the islands´ delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine.  
  
\- Please let us know if you need a baby crib.  
  
\- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.  
  
\- Please notice that Airbnb doesn't charge you the City Tax, so we will kindly ask you to pay this tax. The fee is of 2€ per person/per night (maximum of 7 nights), except for children under 13 which are exempt.
