I felt safe and cared for and although Portland has some bad eggs roaming around I would stay here again because of how safe and cared for the staff made me feel. « The lobby and gym are very nice. The rooms are a different story. Getting out of the elevator, you smell something like a dog kennel odor. Our room was the same and very musty. Bathroom moldy (beware people with breathing issues like me). « We came to the Royal Sonesta last minute after a very bad experience at another hotel in town and they were perfect. The front desk was very helpful in getting our room arranged and explaining the details. The room was large and clean, very fun designs and worked great. The bed was by far the best bed I've ever slept in at a hotel in my life and made the entire stay worth it. « Bel hôtel, personnel avenant et séjour agréable, avec un rooftop tres appréciable. Le problème, c'est le quartier qui apparaît comme peu sûr.
