"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There were no towels in the bathroom when we arrived, and we had to request extra towels. The beds were too small, which made our stay uncomfortable. There was also a persistent musty smell throughout the hotel. My wife and I both came back with itching on our skin—possibly from bugs. We cannot say with 100% certainty that it was caused by the hotel, but it is a concern worth noting. The breakfast was acceptable overall, but the scrambled eggs did not seem natural—they tasted artificial. By the third day, I had completely lost the desire to eat them. Additionally, on the second day, there was a person lying in the hotel hallway with many bags, appearing to be homeless, and they remained there for most of the day without any apparent action taken by the staff. I have stayed at other Best Western hotels in Seattle, Tacoma, and Los Angeles and never had any issues. I genuinely liked this brand, but after this experience, my family and I will likely avoid it going forward."

"I stayed here overnight and loved how close it is to everything. Parking is $15 a night. They take a $20 deposit and deduct the parking fee from it, which isn’t too bad—but I do think parking should be free for guests. I tried the bistro bar during happy hour, and the one staff member working was doing it all by himself. The food was good and the cocktails were just okay. Overall, I’d stay here again for a quick overnight trip."

"Great location that is walkable to restauaranta, etc. Nice spacious room with pleasant furnishings. $25/ voucher to use at the reatauarant which was nice. Signage to explain the breakfast buffet and/ or better explanation would be helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room smelled of heavy smoke and towels had stains. There were dead bugs in the bathroom on the floor the floors were dirty overall. Looks like only the beds were done/made and everything else wasn’t. The beds were comfortable though, and I had no issues with check in or check out so overall for a budget that’s small it was expected. Just really couldn’t handle the smoke smell in a supposedly smoke free room, it was awful. "

"Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had toiletries that were just ok. No restaurant or bar anymore and I was disappointed with that. Otherwise it was ok and they have a shuttle to go to the casino, outlets and the harbor."
