DETAILS: Located at the North end of Cape San Blas, San-gri-La lies steps from the powdery white-sand beaches and calm, emerald waters of the Gulf. With front-row access to the water, you can spend your days lazing on the shore, leisurely searching for shells, or relaxing on one of two private, furnished decks with unobstructed Gulf views and spectacular West-facing sunsets.

After a day on the beach, a private lanai welcomes you home with a private hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower. You’ll also find an updated recreation room with a pool table, lounge seating, 47-inch TV, and kitchenette, including a full-sized refrigerator.

Up a level, accessible by stairs or private elevator, an open-concept living area reveals Gulf views through glass doors and picture windows. Sink into one of two full-length leather sofas for a movie on the 50” LCD TV, complete with cable, or join friends for a game of cards around the dining room table in the comfort of air-conditioning. In the evenings, step onto the extra-deep furnished deck to feel the gentle sea breeze.

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island will inspire home-cooked meals with plenty of room for sit-down dinners between the dining room and breakfast bar, or out on the deck. High ceilings, hardwood floors and new furnishings throughout, accented by calming nautical tones, create a relaxed, coastal ambience.

Ideal for large families and groups of friends, San-gri-la comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms, including three primary suites and two bunk rooms. Each bedroom has a 32” LCD TV:

Primary Suite #1 - Main Level
King Bed
The only bedroom on the main level, this private suite has spacious closets and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower.

Primary Suite #2 - Upper Level
King Bed
The first of two upper-level primary suites, this sunny room has private access to the deck, a closet and dresser, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a combination shower/tub.

Primary Suite #3 - Upper Level
King Bed
The second primary suite has a closet and wide dresser, private access to the deck, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a step-in shower.

Bedroom 4 - Upper Level
Full Bed, Twin/Twin Bunk Beds
This spacious room, which sleeps up to four guests, has a dresser, TV, and shared full bathroom in the hall with a combination shower/tub.

Bedroom 5 - Upper level

This room mirrors Bedroom 4 with accommodations for up to four guests, a dresser, and TV. Guests share the full bathroom in the hall.

A washer and dryer on this level add convenience, keeping swimsuits and towels dry for new adventures on the beach. Guests also have the convenience of a powder room on the main level and in the ground-floor recreation room. The private elevator accesses all levels.

With covered parking by the lanai, you can easily access restaurants, grocery stores, and markets in Port St. Joe, or spend a day exploring the surrounding area, from state parks to wildlife preserves. Of course, with the sound of ocean waves from your deck, front-row access to the water, and a home full of entertainment, you may never want to leave San-gri-la.

the property was clean and comfy and perfectly situated along the beach. you cannot rent a golf cart when staying here. The pool table room is only accessible from outside. it was raining and in the 40s during our stay, so that was inconvenient. Also we would have preferred the option of beach rental equipment or not, but since they charge you automatically we had some delivered, but we never used it. all the services were great. our door code did not work upon arrival but within 5 min of me leaving a message, we had access. the property managemnt crew is definitley top notch

Good weekend get away!
We enjoyed our stay at this house! It’s very conveniently located close to local shops, right on the beach. We did have an issue checking in as the door codes wouldn’t work. However, the host was quick to assist. We did notice a few roaches as mentioned on another review. There also wasn’t anywhere to put our trash as the two trash cans provided were slam full upon arrival, idk if that was related to the holiday pick up schedule or what. Overall it was a good stay!

We will be back!
This is the second time staying on this property. We love the convience to the beach and the property itself. Plenty of space for sleeping, workable elevator, 6 bathrooms and a pool table are great assets. I would suggest an updated TV system and easier for elderly to use. Would love to see a screened in porch but overall nothing really to complain abt. Hope to see yall next Sept!

Great spot; fluke AC issue
We were very pleased with the house (as advertised) and the location (great private beach access). We did have one minor issue. The house was 85 degrees when we arrived (and rising) and, despite the ACs running at full blast, couldn't get below 80 until late the next morning. That was a bummer and made for a pretty miserable first night for our family reunion. The management company was not particularly responsive to my voicemails or emails about it and did not any any time express any empathy or regret about the situation (which it seems they could have prevented, or at least communicated to us in advance). Ultimately it was resolved, however, and did not prevent us from enjoying the beach. Recognizing that was a fluke issue, I would still recommend.

During our stay at San-gri-la, we experienced several issues. These include: We noticed a foul smell in the parking area under the house on Wednesday (initially thought it was the garbage cans). On Thursday, we realized it was coming from a manhole which was seeping fluid and that it was a sewage smell. I called 360 Blue on Thursday; promised he’d send someone immediately. The problem had not been resolved or even addressed that we know of during our visit. The washing machine was severely out of balance and bounced violently, and could not be stopped to rearrange the clothes due to a locking lid. This happened on almost every load despite careful arrangement of load contents. Two large roaches (killed one, one escaped) were found in the upstairs bathroom. This made me wonder if pest control has been adequately maintained. On our last evening, the upstairs air conditioning unit quit completely. My sons and husband had to assist the repairman to find and then remove built-up water from the a/c’s drain pan to allow the a/c to function properly. My son literally had to go into the attic to do the work necessary with the wet/dry vac (at midnight). Despite repeated emails, the property manager (360 Blue) has not responded.

Great stay
We loved the house and the location. We had a group of 3 families and the accommodations were great. We were all super comfortable and had enough room for a group of 14 (and plenty of bathrooms). The house was very clean and had a lot of positives. (Fans available, extra fridge downstairs, plenty of towels, patio tables overlooking the beach, just to name a few). We will be coming back!

Phenomenal home for a group of friends!
Home was as described, great location, we all loved being right on the beach, lots of walks, beach time, boche ball on the beach, shelling, coffee and drinks on the deck, biking the trail, walks to The Trading Post, the Shrimp Shop, delicious food at Long Bill's, ice cream at Cone Heads. Spent a fun day at Apalachicola and in Port St Joe. Great area of Florida!!!

Family get together
The house was perfect for our group of six adults. We especially appreciated that each couple had their own king bed and bathroom. The location right on the beach was great. The week we were there was hardly anyone on the beach. It was a 20 minute drive to Port St Joe. The park at the end of the cape was beautiful. If you’re looking for a relaxing place, this house fits the bill. If you’re looking for a lot of bars, restaurants and shopping, you may want to look at Destin or Panama City.
