It was so cute and clean and coastal I loved it I could live there. I wish you guys provided toilet paper, laundry soap and garbage bags throughout the stay. I would love to live in one of the condo’s. I absolutely felt at home and it was an amazing stay. I will be back ❤️

Great place! It is more of a home rental than a hotel. You have to do your own towels and follow home rules. This is not a negative but you just need to know it before you arrive and expect room service. Short walk to an awesome pool. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to Disney parks. Very nice large accommodations. Jimmy Buffet themed all the way around. Great place to lower your latitude.

This has been one of my favorites stays at any resort I've been to. It was my parents first real Vacation in a long time, and so I booked this place with high hopes. I could go on about our little villa that felt like home. That was their favorite part, 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen into the dining/living room made for great family time. It was also had the new feeling and smell, since I believe they are relatively new, also the sheets smelled wonderful in every room. Also the first night we got there we were tired and wanted something good and quick, we found Kpot which was pretty much at the entrance of the resort and a four minutes drive. We came and left when we wanted and loved the resort pool itself. 10/10 stay, we highly recommend.

Overall stay was great, however there is some room for improvement. Cottage pool was not clean upon arrival and hot tub jets and hot water were not working. Some items that were listed in the amenities page, were not available upon check-in and had to be requested several times. Bathroom cleanliness could also be improved. However, the main resort and pool area were great for our family vacation. We will most likely return for another vacation. Thank you!

We felt that the nearby food choices were over priced and limited. The service was inconsistent at best. Staffing was thin. The cottage was lovely however.

Our disappointment was more about the cottage and not the resort pool or property. The cittage did not have enough towels. Toilet paper or any additional necessary accommodations to make the stay worth the money. There was an unbrella pole but no imbrella on the patio. No extra sheets or blankets were provided which caused real issue with our family to sleep amd be comfortable. As far as check in the staff did not tell about dinning options, the spa, pool area hours or events simply nothing. We were handed a black and white photo copied map and given our keys and finally told to push the gree. Button on the entry gate to go into the property. No entry code or security guard to check if we were actually guests. Anyone and everyone coukd enter the properrty! crazy

Margaritaville itself was great. The pools, shopping and dining options were all conveniently close by. However the booking was inaccurate about the amount of beds in the cottage. There should have been 1 king bed 2 queens and a queen sofa bed, however the sofa bed was just a sofa. When I brought this up with the Vstays desk they informed me I would have to talk with Expedia about them putting up and inaccurate booking as not all cottages are the same. When I informed Expedia they called Vstays and the front desk then lied to Expedia about the sofa beds. I had to show pictures to at least be sent a $50 credit for future travel. I would not be writing a review if the Vstays front desk was honest and/or accommodating of my concerns but they did not seem to care that we didn't have enough space for 8 people to sleep as was advertised when I made this booking. I would have chosen a different location had I known they could not accommodate all of us. When asked if they could at least send a cot to make up for it they only offered spare sheets for the sofa that still only fit 1 person. We were forced to buy an inflatable mattress to accommodate the last couple staying with us We also found a roach in one of the showers, which wouldn't be a big deal had the whole experience been comfortable but unfortunately it was not. I will reiterate again that the Margaritaville resort itself was lovely but I can't say Vstays is trustworthy considering they lied to me and Expedia.
