Fishing and more fishing! 10 minutes to Charlotte Harbor named one of the best 10 places to sail in the US. Also it is the Tarpon capital of the world. Live bait station on the dock and a tiki hut to relax and enjoy the sunsets. There is a huge screened in porch and a covered extended lanai across the back of the home. Kayaks are welcome and the area is beautiful to explore. By land just minutes from the beaches of Boca Grande and Englewood's Manasota Key Beaches. The beautiful Atlanta Braves Spring training facility is only 7 miles away and Charlotte Sports Park is 3 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants and a mall close by. A boat ramp is available less than 2 miles away and several golf courses nearby. ENJOY!!

The Tiki Hut

The place was excellent. Would stay again for sure. The Tiki Hut was a hit, as was the big bamboo restaurant down the street.

Tiki hut get away

Loved our stay. Lots of character in this neighborhood! Shipwreck Saloon, Bean Depot, Bamboo Fusion and Twisted Fork all added to local flavor!

Tiki hut was a bonus!

We liked the location and the neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants and ballparks for preseason games. The TV was our frustration. The weather was beautiful during March, so perfect for being outdoors in the back porch or under the tiki hut.

Beautiful canal house

This was a perfect stay for our annual fishing getaway. Clean, cozy, close to the harbor. Plenty of boat dockage. The tiki hut was great. We hope to be back! Craig and Teresa Therrien

Great location

This was our second stay at this property for our annual fishing trip. Good location especially if you have a boat. Convenient to everything, yet far enough away to be peaceful & relaxing.

A very nice experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much,the location was quiet as it's on a dead-end street. Although we didn't use the waterway the option was there. The accommodations were very nice especially the screen porch out back which we used every morning. The location was within five miles of several restaurants and groceries. The Tampa Bay Rays spring training facility was only a few miles away and Englewood Beach, A very nice area about twenty miles away. The weather could not have been nicer.
