    Wake up to Vineyard views in the privacy of a home just minutes away from downtown Placerville and Apple Hill. This fully furnished Vacation home is available year round for quick getaways or family vacations in the foothills of the Sierra. The beautifully remodeled ranch style home sits on a hilltop 10 acre property with breathtaking serenity. Located feet from Fenton Herriott Vineyards, the property comes with plenty of privacy and amenities both indoors and outdoors.

    Amenities include-
    The kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook with plenty of dining areas for casual get togethers. BBQ and patio are available as well as access to a large pavilion when not being used for winery events. Two private bedrooms each look out on vineyards as well as a spa tub you just need to try. Walk-in closets have plenty of space for even the most ambitious packer. The gas fireplace will warm you up after a long day in nature. Fully stocked with robes, linens and toiletries. TV’s in all the rooms with cable and internet for streaming services.

    Rules-
    This is a winery so you are expected to have fun. Small get-togethers are encouraged but larger gatherings (10 or more) must be disclosed at booking. This is a great property for entertaining, assuming you respect our rules and our neighbors. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM and only guests staying in the house are allowed to be on the property. Vineyard strolls are allowed assuming you understand the grounds are uneven and you walk at your own risk. Apart from the BBQ we provide, there are to be no open flames outdoors at any time. The attached garage and production facility are off limits as they store winery equipment.

    It was nice to have a break from our hotels and stay in a beautiful area near Apple Hill. The views of the vineyards at rental were lovely and the area is quiet and peaceful but still close to Placerville. We hope to visit again.

    Beautiful and unbeatable location
    This is by far our favorite property! The location is stunning with unmatched proximity to the winery and tasting room (I mean it's literally right there!), the host is quick and responsive and works hard to make sure the stay is perfect, the house is spotlessly clean and is also decorated nicely but minimally so it doesn't feel cluttered or crowded. We absolutely will be staying again!

    Best Property In Apple Hill
    This was a stunning property and perfect for our birthday wine tasting weekend! Best part, it was pet friendly for our dog so he was able to join in on all the fun this weekend. Apple hill has always been a yearly tradition but this property made this weekend so special. I hope to stay here again next year. Guy, the property manager was also so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
