"This apartment is in an ideal location very close to the cathedral as well as the main shopping street. Also, because it is a bit tucked away, it is very quiet at night. The host communicated with us quickly and clearly, and even notified us ahead of time when a special religious festival was rescheduled to take place during our stay. There is a charming courtyard and clean, new furnishings. The cave-like interior has interesting exposed brick. A great place to stay in Orvieto!"

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und schnell. Im Ort ist für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. "This is the cleanest property I’ve come across in vacation rentals. It’s comfortable, cozy, close to the beach and to the highway for easy sightseeing. The balcony is huge, just like in the pics, and it’s possible to spend the whole day there thanks to partial shading. The neighborhood is small and very quiet. "The opportunity to stay in this quiet hilltop village is quite amazing and then there is the apartment, itself! Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!"
