"My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for his birthday weekend. We chose the hotel because I’ve stayed there before and I loved it and the location is so convenient, BUT this time around, it was even better. The staff was nothing less than amazing. Every single encounter we had was incredible. They were all so sweet and helpful. And they helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday which I am eternally grateful for. "This hotel is fantastic, conveniently located right across from the Staten Island Ferry and the Subway Line 1. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it stays quiet at night. It's also within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge and the 9/11 Museum. I was pleasantly surprised to find that housekeeping came in daily, as I had expected service every other day or only upon request."

"Fantastic stay. The only thing I have to say is the noise of the air conditioning that would come on and Off every few minutes that woke me up in the middle of the night was a bit bothersome. The staff were attentive and super helpful and in general I would say it was a positive experience. The room service was top notch, shower water pressure was excellent "
