"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. Very nice and pleasant space, well-arranged with everything we needed to be comfortable before and after beach outings as two couples and a young adult sharing the house and time together. (Only problem for me was soft-topped mattress - I mention only in case you too have a cranky back. Everyone else in our group was very comfy!) Good location for walking everywhere in AP."
