"Looks clean but may find bad when looking into details. Bad was stains on some towels. Room space was good to open a few suite cases but less space to put small bugs on a table or so. Fridge smell bad and wiped by my sanitizer. "

"The hotel was ok; however, the heat in our room was not working. It was freezing. We did not even bother to call customer service since we only stayed one. It was a very uncomfortable night with how cold it was. So I could not give it a 5 star. "

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. If a zero-star option were available, I would have selected it. Prior to arrival, I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM to ask a simple question about check-in. Each call went unanswered, with the phone continuously ringing. Upon arrival, there was only one staff member handling check-in, resulting in a 20–25 minute wait. The room itself was average at best. While it appeared clean, there was a noticeable stale odor. One positive note was the view, which was excellent. However, basic amenities were lacking—one of the queen beds did not have fitted sheets or pillows, which is unacceptable. Additionally, housekeeping left unsolicited items in the room each night, including a pizza menu and an event flyer, which felt unprofessional. After returning in the evening, elevator access was extremely delayed, with a long line and approximately a 20-minute wait due to one elevator being out of service. It was apparent that the property was significantly understaffed during the weekend, whether due to events or ongoing operational issues. This lack of staffing impacted nearly every aspect of the stay. At checkout, cleanliness in common areas was also an issue, with trash, cups, and even a roll of tissue left inside the elevator. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not consider returning."

"The hotel is very close to the airport and their shuttle runs on the hour and 30 minutes past. You can even take the shuttle to the airport and then take the train into NYC, this for me works out best and you don’t pay the crazy prices for a small room in NYC. The only problem was the double beds were way too small if you have a couple with two children. I also found the beds uncomfortable and ended up with a backache. Apart from that, it was worth the pennies. Parking was reasonable breakfast could have been better but it was ok. I would return but perhaps I would get the king size. My family and I are tall so those beds were too small."
