I like the location and the surrounding. Easy to get there. the subways are around the corner. The downtown of Brooklyn is close by. Lots of places to shop. Many nice Restautant closed by.

I had booked a 2 bed for one night, notified the hotel that I would be a very late check-in. Upon arrival, I was told that all 2 bedrooms were sold out and I would be moved to a king with a non-pullout sofa. This was completely unacceptable to me - the room I paid for should have been available. I had 3 people in this room. I had to sleep on the couch. I will NEVER book there again. Especially since there are a bunch of hotels in this area of Brooklyn.

The pool is barely open for guests and I was extremely unhappy about that. The main reason I booked this place was for the pool and hot tub but the pool is rented out to children's swimming lessons. I was not made aware of this at booking.

I like how clean the room was...the whole hotel was kept cleaned...the rooms had microwaves and refridgrators...staff was professonal and kind...The only con for and others, was the pool hours..from 7:30 am to 12 noon.. 1pm until 7: 00 pm.. Reopens at 7:30pm to 9: 30 pm ..This was summer time july 2024..Hoilday inn says pool is closed for private swimming lessons...i stayed 4 days 3 nights i witness no lessons just pool closed for 7 hrs during the summer time..if that pool issue was addressed stay open to at least 11pm..Another staff said because hoilday inn charges no fees to use the pool and the gym..this was a business trip ...Medusa Travels ..

- No cold water in the bathroom foset - Just one big towel in the room and next morning they didn't deliver more even after I called. - Security door lock was broken. - Valet parking was a nightmare, no person on service and no space to even park the car for a moment to unpack the car.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. When I first checked in, they gave me a room that someone else was already in; in the next room they gave me, there was a light that wouldn’t turn off- I asked 3 times for it to be fixed and they never did; the room was never cleaned the whole time I was there. Absolutely horrible customer service.
