The location of this hotel was excellent and the housekeeping was decent. one of the ice machines worked, you had to go down to the bar to get ice for your room. The pool had very strange hours of operation. Also, the vallet parking was kind of a mess.

Great location, near the subway and food. Bed very comfortable. Room was clean although furniture was a little dated. Downside, is the noise from the subway and street. Ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. Bathroom a little on the small side, but had everything that was needed.

The room was clean and bedding very comfortable. The carpeting was still slightly damp at check in, but at least we know it is cleaned! We enjoyed the attached restaurant, too. Nice variety on the menu, and the burger was outstanding. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a fine stay. Things were a little run down but our room was clean. The staff was responsive. The elevator had issues getting to floors sometimes however it was a very busy weekend with World Cup being played and Ariana Grande concert in Brooklyn.

This hotel has potential but the rooms need to be updated. Not a fan of the pool hours. It's open 7am - 12pm and from 730 - 10pm. The chairs in the room were peeling from being used so much. Thats about it.

Initial arrival was okay. Concierge was pleasant and the room looked modern and clean. It wasn't until I went into the bathroom and found multiple hairs on a wash cloth/face towel in the bathroom. I called the front desk to share what I saw and they mentioned they would have housekeeping send a new set immediately. I had to repeatedly call the front desk for the clean towels because housekeeping never showed. That alone was a nuisance. The rest of the stay was fine.

The reception service is really bad. They charge you the fees without asking you before or letting you know it clearly. Really poor service. Then the other aspects as cleanliness, maintenance, and variety are fine.
