The front desk and cleaning staff were amazing!! I loved their energy and helpfulness. I will definitely look to stay here every time I go to Pensacola! The only problem was the toilet wouldn’t stop running but I closed the door and I slept with the tv on to help with the quiet to it drowned the sound out.

Roomed smelled terrible. Everything worn and dated. bathroom black mold on ceiling fixtures rusted. Bed as hard as concrete. Breakfest was terrible the first morning, the second morning non existent, waited till 7:05am nothing came out.Staff was great ,but you can only do so much.

The staff was amazingly friendly. The breakfast was good,better than a lot of places we’ve been. Parking was easy. But again,I have to say that the staff was extremely friendly,that alone will make me want to book this place,when we come back.

Room smelled like wet dog. We told them and gave us some spray but didn’t work, just had to deal with it. They let dogs go in any room and don’t have any rooms marked as no dogs. If going to allow dogs, need no carpet bc I hold smells. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. No toilet paper or body wash first night so had to ask for it. Food was pretty good but don’t have gluten free cereal or bread.

My go-to place to stay in Pensacola!
The staff is always so nice here. It's a huge reason I choose to stay here. Our office is downtown, but I'd rather drive to someplace that I feel welcome and comfortable and have a little longer drive than someplace where I feel like just another number. The breakfasts are top notch too!
