"The facility is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the treehouse and diamond beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I have some foods I cannot eat and staff made sure to ask questions so that both my dinner and breakfast were perfect. The spa was fantastic. "This property has not been taken care of at all. Weeds overgrown, run down reception area, the room was terrible. So the bed is in the loft but the staircase is really more like a ladder. "Bottom line is we enjoyed this hotel very muc! The room (A03) was cottage style and had a very old fashioned feel. The view from our room was a view of the harbour and Mount Angung. We could see the mountain top with the clouds below it and it was amazing. The shower handle was broken and the button to change from overhead shower to hand held was sticky. Aside from that the room was great! The pool was a 18 inches deep at the shallow end and about 1.2 meters at the deep end. There was plenty of sun for most of the beach chairs and seats in the pool for the poolside bar. The restaurant was joined and directly behind the pool chairs giving us the ability to transition from meal to relaxation at our leisure. The sunset can be seen from the edge of the pool but it is not a direct view. There is a dock at the hotel so if you plan to snorkel (which is why you go to Nusa Penida) then just let the snorkeling company know and they will pick you up and drop you off there. If you are a stay at the hotel resort type then this is a great place for you. If you want to go and the rest of the island it may be inconvenient. You can walk from the beach and town up to the resort but it is a kilometer walk and rough terrain. The drive is not a straight route and is difficult terrain but taxis go there for between IDR 150-250k. Lastly, there are a lot of stairs (a lot) This is not for walking disabled or those with health issues. Loud speaker was constantly blaring prayer music."

"The property has stunning views, and a true atmosphere to relax and unwind. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was worth all the way. The room was spacious, super clean, the amenities were of high quality and the bed super comfortable. The service was very attentive, I had a small complain in the beginning of our stay and it was resolved effectively by the Manager on Duty. We used the Spa and it was comparative to other Spas, nothing bad but also nothing outstanding. I would have tasted the property a 5, however the food by the pool was very low quality, the pizzas are frozen from a package rather than being fresh made."

"This was a very nice Villa with a STUNNING view of the ocean right outside your door. Their dinner is delicious with a free breakfast that came with our stay. The front desk helped with transportation and we had the same driver 3 times. While it’s beautiful they definitely have an aunt problem and you’ll be approached by stray dogs on the beach. Many are not taken care of and sadly have to beg tourists for food, which is not safe for tourists. We mostly enjoyed our stay on the beach with the exception of the dirty sheets. The Villa wasn’t cleaned very well. I found a few dead bugs on the bed sheets and had a hard time sleeping the next two nights. Also, sand is very heard to keep out of the villa. They provide a broom but I wish they had better mats at the doors and wash stations to help. Definitely the cleanliness needed improvement."
