"Great spot, the location was really nice, we had a view of the water and the marina and shops were just a walk away. Every morning we would go for a walk along the water, past the shops to the marina where we could watch sea lions and seals. The accommodation was just what we needed, complete with a very useful kitchenette. Would definitely go there again."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Poets Cove on Pender Island. The facilities were fantastic, with everything we could have wanted for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The views from the balconies were absolutely beautiful, and having easy access to the beach, outdoor pools and gym made the stay even more special. One of the highlights was being able to sit out on the balcony in the evening and watch the deer lay sleeping on the hot tub cover and the otters playing in the small waterfall. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience, and a real bonus to have nature right outside our door. We also loved the spa. It was incredibly relaxing, and there never seemed to be too many people using it, which made it feel calm and peaceful. Poets Cove is a beautiful place to unwind, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing island escape."

"A stunning location - house was extremely well-equipped for our large multi-generational family with 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks in the kitchen, etc. The dock was the perfect launching point for paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking etc. Thanks for a very memorable stay, we hope to be back."

Delightful Country Cottage with Ocean Outlook

"I was pleasantly surprised with this cottage which was more like a house. It was bigger than pictured so I have included more photos. There was absolutely no view though as the description noted and other reviews have stated - that should be removed from the property description. The cottage itself was very comfortable, welcoming and private, secluded with trees. It is also located on the best part of the island (South Pender). Fresh drinking water was supplied. Loved the deck which had a gate to keep our pup in. Many deer roaming the yard so the gate is good insurance. The main bedroom had an amazingly comfortable bed that should be duplicated for the upstairs twin beds. They were a little rocky and could use a topper. The bathroom could use some extra shelving as there’s not much room to unload your toiletries. I was pleased that we didn’t need the DVD’s that we brought as the TV had Netflix included as well as cable TV channels. I would suggest to mount the TV on the wall as it was awkward for all to watch the TV on the table. The host was very accommodating, coming to help me with the bbq on the deck. . I would come back here but would probably first look for one that has easier access to the beach or a view of some sort. (And yes, we put the car in 4X4 to get up the driveway. )"
