Our bathroom tap was dripping and the waterslide closed down on our last full day but other the staff were fantastic and the buffet and kids dinners were excellent . We went a number of times .staff were extreemly accommodating in adjusting our stay for us and very informative. We will definitely return again .

The room was very clean but unfortunately, the floors in major public space, such as the lobby, were extremely dirty. Likewise the floors in the elevators were quite sticky and had visible liquids on them. The staff was friendly but we had huge problems with our room key. We were staying for 2 nights but they had only been programmed for 1. When I returned from the reception at the conference I was attending, I was unable to enter the room. My sister returned later from a training just outside of the city and was unable to even enter the building because the front door is locked after a certain time and the key is required. The breakfast is decent and the seating space is sufficient. There really aren’t any amenities as the pool and spa are marked as permanent closed. Finally, they require a $500 hold for “incidentals” which is considerably steeper than many places. Overall, not terrible for the price as the location is incredible and the rooms themselves seem to be well cleaned but the other issues will make think twice about staying here when I return for work
