Memorial Day Stay

Hello, I wanted to say that the house was beautiful. This was a little get-a-way for my husband and a couple of friends. The house looked exactly like what was on the website. Very nice and comfortable. The backyard was perfect. One of the couples with us, wanted to take your backyard back home with them, lol. A few suggestions for you to keep your home at it's best when you have people staying there. 1. Please try to have the grass cut so as to not have tall, itchy grass bother your guests. 2. When you do have the grass cut, a pest control service may be a great solution to keeping down the spider webs on the back porch as well as a whole host of ants on the back patio. Since your patio is flat and lays level with the grass, this will also keep them out of the house (which we didn't see any in the house just on the back porch, fyi). 3. Maybe adding a ceiling fan on the back would be helpful when your guest want to sit out there and the breeze isn't really blowing to where you can feel it on the back porch while sitting out there relaxing and enjoying a quiet evening. Just a suggestion. 4. I had a little bit of a hard time with the front door, putting in the code, doesn't automatically unlock the door or lock it from what I experienced it. After putting in the code, you still had to turn the lock, which was hard sometimes. I never wanted to leave the house unlocked when we left. I thought that the lock would automatically lock and unlock it when you put in the code. just a thought for more convenience. Outside of that, the stay and the house was beautiful. Had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

The house is brand new and beautiful. I wish I could stay here everyday. I love the master shower and the comfortable beds. I really enjoyed the quit neighborhood after being at the beautiful beach all day. Total Paradise!

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Oasis by the sea as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Very Clean and like new.
