Welcome to our Beach Dreams home away from home!

Enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, with private access to miles of powdery soft sandy beach, warm Gulf waters and incredibly beautiful sunsets! Dolphins, pelicans and other wildlife are frequently sighted from the 5th floor comfortably furnished deck.

Comfort is king in this 1200 square foot, 5th floor condo. Relax as you enjoy the Gulf view through 19 feet of windows of the open floor plan – in the living room on the soft genuine leather reclining sectional, at the bar-height dining room table, at the breakfast bar or on the beautifully furnished deck. Sliding glass doors in the living room and dining room lead to the deck. The lushly carpeted living room has a large flat screen television with complimentary cable with HBO and wireless internet. The kitchen is well appointed with full refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker, crock pot, cookware, dinnerware, flatware. The condo is beautifully decorated to feel like your home away from home!

The master bedroom has an 18″ deep king size mattress with memory foam topper, flat screen television, master bath with tub/shower and an extra sink/vanity outside the bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size mattress with memory foam topper and flat screen television.

Sleeps 4 very comfortably.

A 2nd floor heated pool/hot tub with views of the ocean make it the picture perfect vacation spot for your family. Within walking distance of popular Pier Park, with shopping, restaurants, ice cream treats, and other attractions.

While there is road construction on Front Beach Road, our condo and beach are beautiful and are not affected by construction.

No pets. No smoking. Requires at least one occupant to be age 25 or older.

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The property owner was always in direct contact with us if we had a question. In fact the microwave was not working and, the owner had a new microwave there the next day. The Condo was in pristine condition and we will stay there again. We came up for a weekend trip and this place was great. I can’t say enough of how comfortable the king size bed was. It’s so important and it was amazing. Perfect west PCB location

The condo was exactly as described with nice comfortable beds and couch. Great balcony views and quiet low rise complex. We watched the pier fireworks from our condo and enjoyed the beach chairs, pool and clear ocean all week. No problems and good communication with the owner. We will stay here again!

Beach getaway

We enjoyed a 3 night stay for a quick spring break getaway to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. We had family staying at two other nearby condos, and our location was perfect because we were able to take short walks to each of the other condos. The views were perfect and so was the condo! The condo was amazingly clean, the decor was nice and the beds and sectional couch were comfortable too. The owners were great about communicating with us before, after and during our stay.
