The place has potential but they’re still renovating. The previous ownership Sheraton staff and services were incredible. Be prepared to get rudeness and coworkers fooling while checking you in.. guest services just rude, employees as a whole act like you’re bothering them and they don’t want to work. Rasheen guy at the front desk is rude and quick to speak and not listen to the customer requests. Food quality went down, ppl that work at the bar are pleasant minus the coworkers bickering about their shifts . The only nice staff members are the cleaning ladies. If you want to get greeted while walking in forget it! they will just stare you down. Private beach are neeeds umbrellas, the AC in our room was leaking. They need new pillows and freshen up the rooms. I’ve been to this resort many times in the last 5 years ago but my last two visits with Bluegreen were distasteful.
