"Power outage just as we arrived, unable to eat at the adjacent Big Texan Steak House. The office manager on duty was super helpful and responsive, and after returning from eating at another restaurant, power back on. Very clean, charming! Will definitely stay here on the way home."

"Beverly was the most gracious and helpful host for our trip. If you are visiting Palo Duro canyon-This place is perfect. Minutes away, but you also get your own beautiful views . The Aoudad come to visit, as do hummingbirds, and The Deer. This place was so peaceful and relaxing"

"If you’re looking for 5-star accommodations, this is not the place. If you’re looking for a truly unique experience, then I highly recommend checking this place out. Our two kids absolutely loved looking at the animals on the property and you couldn’t be closer to Palo Duro state park unless you stayed in the park. Sad Monkey Mercantile nearby provides some nice convenience. Very clean and unique property. For clarity, the bathroom is the only room that doesn’t have AC but with the fan my family found it very comfortable. We treated it like a glamping experience and couldn’t have been more pleased."
