« New, clean, good location and amenities! Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend!! Hotel bar is very festive and lounge area like being in a home. Restaurant available with good happy hour, but didn’t try. Huge workout facility. Turf area outside with fire pit and grills and room for kids to play. Rooms/beds comfy with microwave and fridge. « Not acceptable that the safety fee on credit card at arrival is 100$ per room !!! They dislike expedia and charge you on site with 3-7 days for refund. You become on hostage of the situation on site. « We stayed in a smoking room as it was the only room available and Amarillo was sold out. Room was absolute dump, ceiling tiles in bathroom ready to come down, blanket rough and had holes, window curtains with water stains and holes. No excuse for a hotel selling rooms to be this run down. Spend your money somewhere else. »
