The steep margins of the Fortress Cliffs consist of bright, banded layers of orange, red, brown, yellow, and white rocks that represent four geologic periods. Adding to the cliffs scenic grandeur are numerous pinnacles, buttes, and mesas. Doves Rest Fortress is a place of exceptional security, privacy and refuge.

Modern but rustic, this two-bedroom, two-bath cabin is immaculate and fully furnished. It features a wood burning fireplace, covered patio facing east with porch swings, fire pit and BBQ.
