The combination of 3 rooms with king/queen beds along with the 4 bunk beds and one couch was perfect. The game room in the garage was a great place as well . We also took advantage of the nice back porch to sit and visit and relax. House is in show-ready condition. Kitchen has good variety of cookware and utensils. The accommodations were very comfortable, including lots of blankets in the living area! Everything in the house worked. There was an issue with a gas smell from the fireplace one day, and we just didn't run it the rest of the time. But Matt was extremely responsive and helpful. We paid a pet deposit but ended up not bringing our pet and he refunded the deposit, which was appreciated. Overall, highly recommend this property and these hosts. ##### Dodd R.
