"Excessive noise at 3:30 am ..called desk and security went to source. Remained quiet for about 5 minutes but started again. Called the desk previous evening and asked for two blankets. I was told they only had one blanket available and I would have to come get it. The toilet water ran nonstop. Went to get water from the complimentary water dish and both were empty. The breakfast was not as expected and the juices were room temperature with no ice available. Very disappointed "

We have had better Hyatt Regency stays in other parts of the U.S. but for a busy spring break season in Florida, it was fine. "
