« The property was in a great location. Very close to the beach and the owner provided beach towels and beach chairs for you which was nice. It was less than a 5 minite walk to Johns pass and several restaurants and other activities. The condo was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was the hallways, stairwell, and elevators were dirty and not well maintained, but that did not impact the quality of the condo itself. »

« We stayed with family in several units on this property and ours was by far the best. It was cozy with that home feel and personal touch from the moment we arrived. All appliances were in working order parking was easy and Gregg was amazing and made sure my family and I were taken care of (since I was stuck working the day we were to check in and arrived later). Pool was clean and had security there to ensure family and kids safety. Easy access to the cleanest area on the beach and just a short...

« The condo was as described in the listing. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was beautiful. The property is very secure with codes to elevators and door. It is located within short walking distance to John's Pass. Most impressive was the communication from the owner. No delays in responses, and very complete instructions. « We stayed in this lovely unit with a beautiful view of the marina for 3nt. We crossed the street to the beach and it was big, just a few people & was gorgeous! Check-in was easy, staff were kind & the unit was comfortable. Kristin was quick to respond and we had no issues. We would recommend this to anyone looking for lodging on St Pete’s. And don’t miss Doc Fords on Bay Pines Blvd in St Petersburg, it quickly became our favorite place to eat! »

« Great location, well-equipped, well-decorated, great views from the balcony, absolutely loved the unit. Communication was excellent. Parking was difficult to manage with more than one vehicle, but there is paid parking next door. The building elevators were slow and often busy, but still manageable. »

« This is a great place to stay! It is close to the beach and other attractions. It was very clean with plenty of extra towels and blankets. Convenient parking and access to the pool. Bob and Janelle were very responsive to messages and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely stay again! »
