Property is located a good distance away from the main road (Drew Avenue) to be quite enough to enjoy the outdoors in the backyard cooling off in the above-ground pool or jacuzzi yet close enough to everything that you came to Florida for. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, came across a few and seemed to be friendly. Property was renovated recently and was very well thought through. Rooms were fairly large, bed cushions and pillows were super comfortable even for my wife who has a sensitive back. A/C was very efficient and thankfully worked very well to cool down the house to 70 degrees in Florida's hot and humid 92degrees the days we were there. Brand new Samsung Washer/Drier were definitely something we used during our stay. Our visit to Florida was for a small reunion of college batchmates from 1998\. Stayed at the this house for 3 nights and fell in love with the house and Clearwater that we are considering moving here from frigid Chicago! ##### Gavin N.
