« Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected. »

« After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. « Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. »

« The place was not accurate and likely a scam. The listing should be removed. We arrived at the location with no real instructions on how to access the space, phone number on the listing was not an active number. We asked for our money back and still waiting for it. DONT STAY OR RESERVE THIS LOCATION. It's likely a scam! »

« The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again! »

« Séjour d’un week-end. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est accueillant et bien localisé pour les déplacements. J’ai commandé un souper au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était très bon. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Par contre il y a deux choses qui m’ont dérangée. 1. Les murs de la douche n’étaient pas bien nettoyés dans notre chambre. Juste avec mon doigt j’étais capable d’enlever la saleté. J’espère que le ménage sera mieux fait pour la personne qui va occuper cette chambre là. 2. J’ai tout payé par...
