"There was a lot to like at this hotel. The property was well maintained to my eyes, the decor fresh and contemporary, and it was clean. The staff was generally friendly, and we got help quickly with a locked door. The proximity to a range of businesses and restaurants was actually quite decent, and it is a quick drive into downtown Ottawa. This one felt like good value for the experience!"

"Classic property with lots of history. Loved the outdoor terrace overlooking the Parliament buildings. We stopped by for an evening tea and when done, we asked for the bill. The server said with a smile, “there’ll be no bill “ - a very classy gesture we’ll remember for a long time. A small concern The walls on the third floor are thin so we could hear entire conversations from the room next door (we were in 365). They happened to talk a lot - late and early - so it affected our sleep and enjoyment of our stay."

"We have stayed at Hampton Inn many times in different cities. Always excellent. Friendly faces, very clean, comfortable rooms and BEDS, and amazing breakfast and also, parking for free is very very convenient. Congratulations Hampton Inn family."

"The fillet mignon was excellent choice in the hotel restaurant. It was well to my desire and the breakfast. The next morning was awesome. The Buffy not too expensive either $14 is a good price for what you get at the buffet. I would definitely go back and especially have that fillet mignon in the restaurant"

"Room was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite which gave us more room The staff were very friendly and helpful Morning coffee was out but requested this and it was replenished in a few minutes. Restaurant on site was very handy for a late arrival Plentiful parking and nice location as well"
