"Stay was good. Should advise guests of 6” floor wide clearance for access to bed, both sides. Rubber mat, would be great addition to shower floor, re: very slippery also that bathroom floor gets soaked and slippery. This day and age there really should be a TV. Host response time could be better."

"This property is in a great location, close to the tube and easily walkable to the Olympic park and London stadium (we came to see the baseball at the stadium!) The main room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfy and had all the basics we needed, no tea/coffee provided but there was a supermarket over the road and coffee shops and cafe’s close by. It was perfect for our weekend trip and we enjoyed our stay. "

"Everything was nice and clean. Flat is in a good, quiet neighborhood and I was impressed. Some of the appliances were hard to figure out to use i.e the hob/stove."

We traveled from the Washington State USA to London excited and ready to explore. Landed on the tarmac, and the nightmare began, there was an email canceling our reservation less than 10 hours before check in, because they cross booked the property! "We listened to the trains all night long. There was no AC, so had to keep the windows open. The tenant below smoked heavily, so we were coughing/choking on the smoke. Not a great stay for families, probably better suited for young adult travelers."
