"Overall this is a pleasant enough hotel. The staff were nice and the breakfast was hot. There were just a couple quirks. When we arrived there was a phone number posted at the desk, not a bell or person. There was a coffee shortage at breakfast most days. I had to make it in my room one day because the attendant was outside. The room had gum on the floor and rusty objects in the bathroom. I had an accessible bathroom but the shower head was super heavy and the hose really short. If I couldn’t stand I wouldn’t have been able to use it. So it was accessible for people who didn’t have issues. The pool looked nice. "

"The staff warmly welcomed us and was very helpful with great area restaurant and activity recommendations. The location was nice and quiet but very convenient to 575 and quaint downtown Woodstock. Nice fresh breakfast included along with all day coffee service. Easy secure parking."

"Where I stay in Blue Ridge when my cabin’s rented. It’s perfect for accessing downtown by foot even when it’s 26 like it was during our visit. The hotel is clean and quiet. "

"Definitely in need of an update! My room had 2 broken down chairs as well as the desk! Stains on both bed linens….. holes and mold looking stuff in the bathroom!"

"Staff was very friendly. The room condition was poor. The pictures made it look much nicer than it was. There was a bad smell in the air, loose hardware on the adjoining doors, and stains on the curtains. The bathroom ceiling had mold all over it and peeling paint. Not worth the stay at all. Do not reccomend."
