"Sometimes a great hotel experience has nothing to do with how many stars are on the building or how expensive the room is. This place gave me exactly what I needed: a safe, clean, comfortable room where everything worked as it should. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Their level of service and attentiveness exceeded what I’ve experienced at many high-end hotels. They were friendly, responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to their guests. It may be considered a lower-budget hotel, but the quality of the staff certainly isn’t. Give me a clean and safe room, everything working properly, and people who genuinely care about their guests—that’s a good hotel experience in my book."
