We were only here for 2 nights but it was absolutely amazing and gorgeous. This is definitely my new favorite place to stay in Chattanooga only 20-25 minutes away from downtown. Staff was very helpful and the room was spotless and so comfortable. Highly recommend especially for families with small children like us

The rooms are clean, the front desk staff is incredibly welcoming, and having two VW vehicles displayed right in the lobby is a very cool touch. The evening drinks and snacks are also excellent, and Donna Langevin is doing a fantastic job there! However, the morning breakfast experience could be improved. The dining area gets overly crowded with a noticeable lack of seating, and the queue for made-to-order items is far too long. The chef is currently using just three small induction stoves to cook omelets, which creates huge wait times. Would it be possible to upgrade to a large commercial griddle? This would allow the chef to cook multiple orders at once and significantly speed up the line.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Chattanooga! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the generous-sized bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. — such a nice touch compared to the tiny hotel bottles you often get. The breakfast was fantastic! The breakfast bar had just about anything you could want, and everything was fresh and well stocked. We also really enjoyed the complimentary evening reception and open bar. It was such a nice perk and a great way to relax and unwind. The staff was another highlight. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt like the hotel offered a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, amenities, and Southern hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Chattanooga! ❤️

The room was very clean, bedrooms were super comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We were a little bummed because the pool got shut down just as we were about to swim due to someone having thrown up in the pool... but other than that little hiccup we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I am a huge fan of Embassy Suites and typically prefer their hotels over others. However, I expected to experience southern hospitality, given that this hotel is located in the South. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. While the check-in staff was adequate, the dining staff—especially the cook in charge of breakfast—left much to be desired. The service staff on the floor, notably an older lady, was fantastic; she was friendly, courteous, and a joy to interact with. In contrast, the cook appeared miserable and was not friendly. He seemed to do the bare minimum and could benefit from some retraining in customer service. This lack of engagement persisted throughout our stay, which was disappointing. The cleaning service had been satisfactory until the worker on Friday, July 17th failed to perform even the basic tasks required. They did not leave any toilet paper, neglected to properly set up the restroom area, and it was clear they lacked the professionalism and care necessary for the job. In contrast, the rooms on the previous days were left in an orderly manner, demonstrating that a higher standard is achievable. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Property was clean with close Proximity to stores and dining. Suites were a good size and comfortable. Chlorine seemed to irritate my kids skin in the pool, likely because it’s indoors. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay with no complaints.

This is our halfway mark when we take vacation every summer and drive from Florida to Indiana. We have stayed at this hotel 10+ times and are never disappointed! Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast is phenomenal 😋 Staff is always friendly and professional. Close to everything!!! We usually eat at the Mellow Mushroom which is directly across the street. Nothing negative to say about this hotel!!!

The made to order omelets were amazing. The bacon could have been a little more thoroughly cooked. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
