This was not the Hampton Inn quality we have come will expect and enjoy. The room was dusty, the pillow cases stained or dirty, the bed rock hard. While the hotel is older and furniture showing its age, that is not a problem. The rooms should still be clean and comfortable. As for the front desk, we told them to email the receipt. It’s been 5 days and we are still waiting.

Pool was closed without notice Thermostat in room was hanging from wall and missing batteries, room was 64 degrees Had to go get batteries from front desk and was told they knew about it but didn’t have any open rooms to switch. Later check in and the staff could only do what they could at the time.

Got a room at the last minute when traveling. Only complaint is that the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke mixed with chlorine. Other than that our room is pretty clean. Bathroom is a bit depressing. Good room with plenty of room for the night is just what we needed
