We have a Solo Yukon fire pit, just bring your own wood! Enjoy the outdoors next to a fire. We have 4 newer resurfaced pickleball courts in the community! New commercial grade cornhole boards added this year. Special pricing for 4-6 night stays (during off-peak season). The discount is already computed with 7 or more date inquiries. The discount is $112 for the 4th, 5th, AND 6th nights during NON PEASK SEASON. You must inquire for the pricing before booking for 4, 5 and 6 night stays during off peak. One week rentals and more are automatically discounted by the system (during off-peak season). We may do a 2 day weekday. Please inquire. We invite you to our renovated, 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom, lakefront home at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in gated, private Lake Arrowhead community just 1 hour north of Atlanta. The dock provides a perfect spot for you to swim, fish, or sunbathe. There is over 120 feet of lakefront right outside your back door. The home includes appliances, linens, furniture, electronics (2 large tvs, 1 bedroom tv, SONOS sound system), and fully stocked kitchen. Other amenities include gas fireplace, gas grill, and a washer/dryer. The home includes 1 king, 2 queens and bunk beds- with full bottom and twin on top, and 1 pull out queen sleeper. Home includes 2 large tvs + 1 smaller tv, internet and free local dialing included. The recreation room includes granite wet bar, arcade games and many board games (10 board games, ie. monopoly, clue, life, dominoes, trivial pursuit, etc) which provide fun for the whole family. A pack and play and high chair are available upon request before arrival. The two car garage and deck overlooking lake all provide you the amenities of being home. Do not worry about any rain days at the lake!! Our home features an awesome game room which is fun for all ages. We have a heavy duty foosball table, electronic dart board, and numerous real video arcade games. We have a real GOLDEN TEE video arcade game. The multigame video arcade game has pac man, frogger, centipede, and many, many more classic games. BOAT RENTAL- 20' Bentley - BRAND NEW in 2025 24' Bentley Boats $275/day, $1595/week We have Bentley 20' and 24' pontoon boats available for rent for experienced boaters. If you do want to rent our boat there is a minimum 3-day rental during peak season, 2-day minimum rental off peak season. The rate includes a full tank of gas and you must fill the gas tank when finished. Sorry.... no tubing or any other towing. (insurance rules). Please reserve the boat early, we only have 2 boats for our 4 homes. First come, first served. 2 hydrobikes, canoe, 10 foot paddle board, and 2 kayaks are available at the home for your enjoyment at no cost. We have a 6 person hot tub, which has a water fall, and numerous jets. Who needs the warm weather when you can enjoy a 100 degree hot tub on a winters day, sipping champagne! We change the water and clean the hot tub after each rental for your hot tubbing pleasure. There is a spiral staircase from the main floor to the lower floor. I would recommend that people that have mobility issues use the main floor bedrooms. We recommend trip cancellation insurance. Protect your vacation. When we reserve your rental we turn dozens of other customers away while holding the property for you. If someone cancels on us it is hard to find another renter on short notice. When my family goes on vacation we purchase trip insurance, it has saved us a few times. Must be at least 30 years old to reserve. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the hydro bikes, kayaks, and canoes. The smokeless fire pit and hot tub were added fun for the whole family. Oh and let’s not forget all the arcade games & darts. It was also nice to be 1 hour from all kinds of places to visit. We did Amicalola Falls State Park, Six Flags, and Atlantic Square. There was plenty to do, fishing, swimming, playing games and relaxing outside at the dock. Fishing was great, we caught a lot of largemouth bass and some yellow perch, bluegills and one big black grappie. The water was warm enough to go swimming everyday and we enjoyed using the pontoon boat. Rob was very nice and helped us when we had some questions about fishing and some other things. The dock is easy to get to, the views are absolutely amazing! We had a few small concerns that were quickly handled by the owner who was very kind, quick to respond and went above and beyond! The fishing was awesome too! The only complaint I would have if you can call it that, is that due to pine straw laid underneath and all around the fire pit we did not feel safe using it. This home is SO MUCH BIGGER than the pics make it appear! There is so much room! We are a family of 6 and we have small kids and teenagers, we were able to spread them out accordingly! If this home is available our next trip, we will ABSOLUTELY choose to stay here again!!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The location is perfect, the views were amazing, super quiet, had all necessities needed for the lake life, just pull up and enjoy. used the canoe the most and caught dozens of bass all around the lake from the canoe everyday. Great fishery if you’re into fishing. Caught several bass around the dock also, we didn’t even leave the cabin or lake area the entire trip. Every day a dozen deer would show up to visit. We were greeted with 6 deer grazing in the backyard on arrival. The house was clean, and spacious with all the necessities we could ask for. There were a few things that should be addressed, the fireplace remote didn't work. The icemaker in the kitchen fridge was overflowing with ice and wouldn't stop. Wine fridge doesn't work, and the dishwasher detergent trap door was broken off and missing. Which made it difficult to clean the dishes. I do want to say we had a wonderful time and would recommend the house to anyone who loves the lake life. It is beautiful, the location is close to Atlanta, so you're not driving for hours to get there. Would love to stay again, maybe during the summer or early fall. ##### Randy H. The stunning property, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, offered everything we could have hoped for in a vacation home and more. The house comfortably accommodated our group of eight. With four bedrooms and four full baths, we never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable, and the fully stocked kitchen and grill made meal prep a breeze. The game room was a big hit, and the six-person hot tub was another favorite. The outdoor space was fantastic. The home had over 120 feet of lakefront, providing breathtaking views and easy access to the water. We spent our days swimming, fishing, and sunbathing on the dock. We explored the lake on two hydrobikes, a canoe, a paddleboard, and two kayaks; don’t miss what we dubbed Bird Island! We also took advantage of the boat rental option and spent a few days cruising around on the 20-foot pontoon. We were greeted by deer, including two newly-born fawns, daily and saw various birds, turtles, squirrels, chipmunks, and even a water snake. Be sure to check out the Tellus Science Museum in Cartersville and grab some good eats at Fire It Up BBQ, Perrotta’s Pizza, and Giggle Monster Craft Donuts. The hosts were responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this lakefront home; we can’t wait to return! ##### Amy G. The house is great!- two bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs. Kids loved the old school video games. We had a fire one night. The lake is very calm, not huge but big enough to venture out. We went kayaking, canoeing, hydrobiking (my kids couldn't reach the pedals (6yrs and 10yrs but they sat on the sides and went with me), paddle board. We fished off the dock and caught some small fish. Hubs went out in canoe and kayak but didn't catch anything big. Kitchen has basic necessities- has both keurig and reg coffee maker. The view is incredible. The water at dock was about 3-3.5 feet - muddy/slimy on the bottom - bring water shoes! We used the hot tub and it was perfect for four of us. There are LOTS of deer. They are so calm and very friendly, they wonder around the property- kids loved watching them from the deck. We didn't go to the clubhouse or marina or any trails but definitely next time. The pictures don't do the place justice! It is one of the best locations on the lake and the property is great. Great backyard, lots of privacy and just set back enough but still great views. Also, the stairs in the backyard to get to the water are minimal, just typical one level - (some of the houses have very steep and lots of stairs) FYI- our cell service was poor and barely could get service in the house. text and wifi were fine! ##### Amy t.
